We were listing a rental property we had, and she really helped us understand the differences in the comps so we could make an educated decision on how to price the home, as well as the best timing of getting on the market (between our lease and the housing market). On the buying side, she got us into properties fast and helped provide insight on if the property would be a good investment for us.
