He is experienced, super knowledgeable of the market/property values, patient, not pushy, always calm and he listens! Joel is not pushy as he wants his clients to feel comfortable, heard and completely comfortable with their purchase. It took me on and off 5 years to finally buy, due to unplanned life events. Yet Joel was there when I needed him and gave me room when I had to pause over that time frame. He is the best of the best! I am thrilled with my new home and the amazing deal he got for me!

We are still overjoyed with our decision to retain Cindy as our agent and we would not hesitate to reference her to anyone in need of a friendly, honest and reliable realtor who understands what the client really wants. Cindy guided us thru our "up north" cabin decision and she was able to address all of our rookie buyer concerns. Her recommendation on an appraisal team really saved us dollars and stress at closing time. If Cindy did not have an immediate answer she willing sought out the requested information and then some. Cindy set the realtor bar sky-high and it would be hard to believe we could have had a better experience. Cindy is always welcomed by our family at our new home anytime she is in the area to kick those shoes off!
