Joni was very professional, responsive, great at keeping up the fast paced market and an ace at spotting red flags or things that might need repair (like evidence of water damage or mold). What I really appreciated about Joni was how she took the time to learn my needs, wants, fears/concerns and always patiently factored that into our process. She was very much a wonderful and skilled advocate for me, especially during the offer/inspection/counter-offer phase, which made the process much less intimidating. Five star realtor!

Joel is not pushy as he wants his clients to feel comfortable, heard and completely comfortable with their purchase. It took me on and off 5 years to finally buy, due to unplanned life events. Yet Joel was there when I needed him and gave me room when I had to pause over that time frame. He is the best of the best! I am thrilled with my new home and the amazing deal he got for me!
