I was recommended to Ellen by a close family member when I was looking to buy my first house. I checked out her website to find she has many years of experience and specializes in first-time homebuyer transactions. I have looked at many agent websites but this was the first I saw that mentioned first-time homebuyers specifically. I am of the tech generation so I was very impressed that we could communicate via text, email or phone and she was always very responsive and easy to communicate with. Also the ability to sign paperwork and receive most documents online was way easier than I expected. She was able to schedule multiple showings in one day and always let me know as soon as a house hit the MLS that met my criteria. We had some delays getting to closing due to the seller, but Ellen pushed to get us closed by the deadline.
