My wife and I meet with Matt and shortly after new that he was the right builder for us. Matt walked us through each step of the process, and built a superior home in comparison to what others where building in the neighborhood. Could not be happier with the attention to detail, and follow up. Matt was consistently available on email, phone or text. There were many days that my wife and I made changes, some of these over holidays, and we would send Matt a text and he would respond within minuets. Talk about a fantastic experience. Joni was very professional, responsive, great at keeping up the fast paced market and an ace at spotting red flags or things that might need repair (like evidence of water damage or mold). What I really appreciated about Joni was how she took the time to learn my needs, wants, fears/concerns and always patiently factored that into our process. She was very much a wonderful and skilled advocate for me, especially during the offer/inspection/counter-offer phase, which made the process much less intimidating. Five star realtor!
