Ann just helped my husband and I buy our first home together and she made the process easy. Throughout the process, Ann was very professional and went above and beyond to help us find our perfect house. She guided us through the process with her experience, knowledge, and support every step of the way. She was easy to communicate with any time of the day, providing us with support and guidance whenever we needed it. Ann was patient with us when we were unsure of what we were looking for and was willing to see many houses with us. Her experience and knowledge was obvious as we walked through houses and put in an offer on a home. She took initiative to build a relationship with our mortgage broker and the other realtor in order to make negotiations go smoothly. She was there to support us through the inspection, the walk through, and signing the paperwork. We could feel how much she cared about helping us have the best experience possible and helping us stay calm along the way. Buying a house is always stressful, but she was able to reduce as much stress as possible through her support and personality. Best of all, she threw a house warming party for us at our new home and it was a HUGE hit.
