Glenn did an awesome job for us when we were looking for a home. He is very knowledgeable about many different areas/cities/communities in and around the twin cities. He is extremely helpful when looking at what is truly important in a home. Communication is very important to me and Glenn hit a home run here as he always kept in touch with us on what was going on (even during “non business hours/days”). I would trust Glenn to work with any of my friends, or family, and would use him again if needed!

She helped me to set up my house in a way to sell it quickly and helped us pick through the inventory to find a great house for us. She was not just a realtor, but a counselor and therapist; buying and selling is stressful, especially when things don't go 100% smoothly. She was there for us when we were feeling overwhelmed and nervous and she kept us from going crazy! We can't imagine going through this home journey without her. Ann just helped my husband and I buy our first home together and she made the process easy. Throughout the process, Ann was very professional and went above and beyond to help us find our perfect house. She guided us through the process with her experience, knowledge, and support every step of the way. She was easy to communicate with any time of the day, providing us with support and guidance whenever we needed it. Ann was patient with us when we were unsure of what we were looking for and was willing to see many houses with us. Her experience and knowledge was obvious as we walked through houses and put in an offer on a home. She took initiative to build a relationship with our mortgage broker and the other realtor in order to make negotiations go smoothly. She was there to support us through the inspection, the walk through, and signing the paperwork. We could feel how much she cared about helping us have the best experience possible and helping us stay calm along the way. Buying a house is always stressful, but she was able to reduce as much stress as possible through her support and personality. Best of all, she threw a house warming party for us at our new home and it was a HUGE hit. We are so thankful that we chose Ann to be our realtor and will be sure to use her again when we need to move to a bigger house.

He took the time to talk with us at length to make sure he understood what we wanted. My husband was very picky about a private backyard and it was quite tricky to find, but he found us the perfect house. I was impressed with Mark's knowledge of selling, searching techniques and VA loans. We are happy with his work, we have developed a friendship and we would definitely use him again.
