We bought and currently own the Monticello 2 story walkout and have been very happy with the home. There were a few minor things that needed to be taken care of after the first year but that is to be expected with any new home and we had the same experience with our Pulte house years back. The finishes look amazing and we love the open floor plan! I also love the 4 car garage! I can store all my lawn equipment, trailer, toys and other items in my garage along with our car/minivan. I don't think I could ever go back to a 3 car garage. The only drawback is not having as wide a driveway as with a 3 car, but I can change that if need be. Overall, the mechanics and everything else have held up well with the house, we've been very happy with the design and layout, and can attest to Matt doing great work! We would definitely consider buying from him again although we don't expect to move for a very long time.
